Offering wine industry professionals 1-2 day delivery throughout the West Coast

GSO will participate as an exhibitor for the eleventh consecutive year at the 2018 Unified Wine & Grape Symposium in Sacramento, CA on January 24th and 25th.

The company will share the news of its recent expansion into the Northwestern states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, while showcasing the latest service features which will prove especially beneficial for its customers in the wine industry:

  • In addition to being able to choose email notifications for shipment status updates, the company now offers its customers SMS text notifications making it easier for shippers and their recipients to stay updated at their fingertips.
  • Customers now have access to more flexible delivery options, with 4-hour delivery service windows. This enables customers to select the days and times shipments should be delivered, along with ETA notifications to keep track of the status of packages.

“We’ve been exhibiting at this show for over a decade, and we are fortunate to have loyal customers who regularly attend the show, visit our booth, let us know how we’re doing with their shipments, and help us determine how we can keep improving,” said Mark Corley, VP of Sales and Marketing at GSO. “While we offer specialized Direct-to-Trade and Direct-to-Consumer programs with specific wine delivery procedures, we constantly strive to improve the customer experience; and introducing new features such as text notifications, ETAs, and appointment delivery windows is a direct result of the feedback we receive from our customers.”

Attendees of the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium can visit the GSO team at Booth #1835.  To learn more about the company’s wine delivery service, visit, or download the popular GSO eBook–Grape to Glass: Wine Shipping Made Simple.
